4. Access & Confidentiality

Certain Services may be available by invitation or approval only.
You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any non-public information, methodologies, reports, frameworks, or materials provided by LeyesX.

Unauthorized sharing, disclosure, resale, or reproduction of LeyesX materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have lawful authority to request services related to any identity, asset, or entity.

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or license beyond limited use strictly necessary to receive the Services.

9. No Guarantees

Due to the evolving nature of digital risk, identity exposure, and threat environments, LeyesX does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Elimination of all exposure

• Prevention of all incidents

• Permanent suppression of data

You acknowledge that risk can be reduced, but never fully eliminated.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeyesX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or economic damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.

LeyesX’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

LeyesX may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• These Terms are violated

• Continued service poses legal, ethical, or security risk

• Engagement is deemed misaligned with LeyesX standards

You may discontinue use at any time.

13. Modifications to Terms
